SUNDAY RICE .

During my childhood days, Rice was a ceremonial and special food which was mostly cooked on Sundays hence the name, "Sunday Rice". Even at that, it was not every home that could have rice meal on Sundays. Most homes if low income earner could not afford rice once weekly !!
As a middle class family cooks their rice on Sunday, the have-not neighbours salivate in their homes due to the strong imposing aroma of the local rice on the fire. Needless to say that the children of the have-not will device a smart scheme of playing close to the kitchen in question and ready to do chores or go on errands, all in expectation that they maybe rewarded with scanty grains of rice on a plate. The nutritional content of local rice and other natural foods ensured healthy diet. What has gone wrong now !!

FEEDING THE POOR AND NEEDY ONES

Feeding the Poor or the less privileged ones is a good thing because I always feel very happy and satisfied when I do so. Then I pray to God to give me another next opportunity to repeat same soon after. I advice you use very well any such golden opportunity too and our God will surely reward you. Remember that the more needy people you feed and provide jobs for, the less Crimes in your community.

STAYNG YOUNG AFTER 50 YEARS.

I have observed some Men and Women who look exceedingly radiant and young and I found out that they are ALWAYS HAPPY. They also display a lot of POSITIVE ENERGY around them !!!! They see challenges as available opportunities. They are patient MENTORS. Do you want to be like them in attitude and wisdom? Then you need to make a few lifestyle changes. It is POSSIBLE , Dear.

EDUCATION AS KEY TO GLOBAL PEACE-

Education brings initiative and this fosters ideas backed up by newest technology. I believe that total World Peace can be achieved when peoples of all Nations are educated for reforms, librality, social integration, gloal acceptability and development.
