QUADRUPLETS GREETED THE 17 YEARS WAIT FOR BABY !!

Well, bundles of Joy. But can their Parents cope? I think government should take completely take over; the care, welfare, education and management of these wonderful Babies. And the Press should keep us posted on their growth as advanced countries do. Waoh !!
