Cool your stress off from time to time because most diseases now are linked to high stress levels. You could do some sports, go to the gym, watch movies, talk to friends, listen to music, take a horse ride, watch birds, do gardening, go fishing, etc.

Two Diseases that can be linked to stress (but there are many others too} are; Hypertension and Stroke. Doctors have emphasized that the more you Exercise, Relax, eep yourself off excessive anxiety, Eat-right and take things Easy; the less likely for you to be a victim of Stress and Stress related Diseases. May God help Youngsters to learn about negative effects of STRESS and manage their Life Styles better and achieve Longevity.
